Stress!

Today's is just a short post. So, don't stress out.

It's a very important sacred text that tells you many things about life. You can read more about it here.

One can read it daily, and help prevent stress from overpowering you. You'll also be in a better position to handle it.


So, read the Gita and try to reduce the stress on yourself.
