Common ways to relieve your stress

Yes, I know!

What?

That we all face stress in our daily lives. Infact, this stress is a lot. At times, it feels like the head is going to pop-up like popcorn.

What do we then do?

Simple, don't do anything!

All that I mean to say is, RELAX....

Take a deep breath, exhale, inhale and exhale until your head feels a little light.

Still not working, then close your eyes and sit on the floor with your spine straight and palms facing outward. This is in another words a cooling effect for the brain and body as it helps concentrate on our breath and thus saving the body's energy. What this does is that it will keep your thoughts focused and will drive away unwanted things that come to the brain. Do this for a longer time, you're now in a meditation mode.

Still now working? Chant. You can chant Shlokas from the Bhagavad Gita and try to calm yourself down. Even if the Shlokas don't calm you, you can read the quotes to see for yourself a solution from your problem. Many readers of the Gita feel that many of their dilemmas are sorted through it and hence they can lead on peaceful lives. In case you're new to Bhagavad Gita or are not a very philosophical person, check out this review about a great book for you.

If all these don't help you, the best way is to laugh. Laugh your heart out. Laugh at what? Anything actually. Once you let out your frustration in the form of a laughter, you'll definitely be light and will quickly be in a position to work around your stress and frustration.

Try them all and let me know what has worked the best for you.
